Hi, this is a friendly warning to all Discovery 1 owners.
I have placed an order with brorover.co.uk for 3d printed headlight adapters for my Disco. Holy sh14, terrible experience to say the least.
Luckily I had paid via Paypal, otherwise I would have been robbed 184 £.
After I placed the order I received the confirmation letter with all the details. Which was expected.
Then I waited for about 3 weeks which was published on the website for production process and then I tried contacting the seller to get an update.
After 5 email attempts there was no response. Then he finally contacted me to apolagize and told me that the adapters would be ready and be shipped the next day.
I waited 5 days but there was no shipment. So I tried contacting the seller again.
Number of email attempts to get an explanation were unanswered.
I finally decided to open a case with Paypal and started waiting.
I also filed a report with the actionfraud.police.uk and I emailed all these filings to the seller to show that I was serious.
All this time, still no response from the seller !
Finally today, 35 days after my initial purchase I was contacted by Paypal to confirm a full refund.
So, just be aware and keep away from brorover.co.uk
