If you really don't want to do it, try Cerrone's European in Redwood City. They are good guys, and actually wheel their trucks.

But like everyone said, it is really easy to do yourself if you want to give it a try.

The only vehicle I've seen that beats RRC/D1 brake pad replacement in simplicity was a 200-series Volvo... It's a 40-minute job, 36 of which will be taken by removing and reinstalling the wheels.

SO EASY. All you need is a basic set of tools to do it.
1) loosen lug nuts (but not completely)
2) Jack the wheel (hand brake up)
3) remove the nuts and the tire
4) Spray the caliper with brake cleaner and let the dust run off.
5) Remove the 2 long pins on the back of the caliper
6) Using a c-clamp (or lever) compress the old pads back to there starting position.
7) Remove old pads/insert new pads
8) Put back those to pins (dont forget the springs)
9) Refit the wheel and nuts (to just beyond hand tight)
10) Lower truck and tighten nuts to spec (or just until they dont go anymore).

good luck!

Greatest thing about the rover calipers is that they don't need to come out. Just pull out the pins, remove the metal stays, compress the calipers with the old pads in, pull them out, insert the new pads, replace the metal stays, and then the pins.

Actually it takes longer to take the wheel off then to replace the pads. Follow eliaschristeas's directions above and you should be good (you can skip step 4 if you like). First time it should take you maybe an hour to do all 4.
