Blower Motor Issues?

Haven't posted in a while, mainly because my truck has been solid. Alas, I am back.

'98 DI, and I searched more than a conspiracy theorist with a copy of the Warren Commission reports. :)

My A/C hasn't worked in months. But, I haven't been driving the truck much at all for the last year, so it hasn't been a problem. But now I've dove into it, and I can't figure it out. Here's what I know:

I've hotwired the blower motor, and it does work. However, it does not receive voltage when hooked up.

I've checked (and replaced) the blower motor relay. It tests fine out of circuit, but when energized, no power is sent back out to the blower motor.

I've replaced the blower resistor pack.

No power is sent to my fan speed switch. No lights in the climate control unit work, but the snowflake button does turn on the condenser fans.

I've swapped out the ignition load relay with another, and that didn't change anything.

Refrigerant has been recharged.

All fuses check out.

So basically, everything measures fine with voltage and resistance until the blower motor relay - then it's chaos.

I'm hoping someone can show me what I'm missing. Please, ask away.

Does this strike a chord with anyone? Thanks in advance.

I'm on my third switch now, and none have made a difference. Also, when I jumper pins 1 and 2 in connector C2068 (per RAVE) I get the blower motor to kick on, and my fan speed switch DOES work, e.g., it will increase/decrease the intensity of the blower relative to fan speed position. Does this mean anything?

Sorta. But ,it's even more confusing now.

Third switch? Were they new or used? FWIW-my DI has a bundle of wires hanging out of the dash with four toggle switches to control the blower motor. At 228K, I was not about to buy another $200 control assembly.
