Since there are some new folks around Asheville, how about a get together on Friday August 7th? Some place like Barley's in downtown, Westville Pub in west Asheville, or Usual Suspects up north? Any interest?

We've got a shrimp boil going on Saturday so that's why Friday would be better. If Saturday would work best for others/everybody, that would be fine - I would show up later for (more) drinks... If there's not much interest, there's always the September 22nd ride with the Old North State at Caney Fork.

I am interested. My wife's birthday is this Friday, so no dice this week. I could do next week no problem before Thursday. I know another guy with a Disco that would come also. Barley's is always good.

baaah.. Its looking like I will be behind a drill the 22nd. Drinks and an hour drive are no good, I may have a place to crash though.
So it looks like there isn't much interest this Friday, but I'll be just next door to Barley's Friday from around 5:30 to 6:30 as it turns out, so if anybody does want to catch a drink, come on around 6:30. Otherwise, see you at the Old North State ride on the 22nd.
