ARB from '95 RRC to '89 RRC

I am wanting to know if it is possible to fit an ARB that was on a '95 to an '89. I know that the '95's have airbags, and the factory brushguards mount differently.

The ARB part number is the same for all RRC. ARB never actually made an airbag compliant bumper for the 95 but it still bolts up.
