I can't help you on the reloads. Maybe go to a gun show and ask some of the reload guys selling rounds.

What are you shooting at?

Its expensive but I have been using the bismuth or "Hevi shot". It gets the job done in a big way....

This ought to work for those Geese, and I am sure the French will sell you a couple.

Bismuth is nice stuff. The advantage it has over tungsten is that it can be used with older shotguns that have a fixed full choke. It shoots just like lead, but is non-toxic.

I've got an old Belgium Browning auto-5 that I could use only for trap. When I found out about bismuth I was able to use it for geese hunting.

I love my A-5. I've used light target loads and heavy loads and never had one problem ejecting cartridges. I've probably shot 2000 rounds through it.

Does any one remember the guy who would throw the 9 clay pigeons and shoot them all down before they hit the ground. I saw it on that american shooter show(before they changed the name of it) once and thought it was awesome. I think he said he used a Benelli which is what made me think of it.

That guy did shoot a Benelli, but I don't remember his name either. Rupp: how old is your A5? I had inherited mine from my dad, so I would guess it was circa late 50's early 60's. That brass ring which you can flip around to dampen recoil on heavier loads just would not slide easily enough for target loads. When 500 doves were spinning around my head and I had only one shot, it drove me nuts.

believe this or not ! there is also a guy that can hit the clay pigeons with and bow and arrow.! they did a show on him and he is faster then a guy shooting a 12 gauge! both shootersw have their wepons on the table, the clay goee, both reach, and buy the time the guy shoulders the 12 gage the arrow hits the clay! belive it or not. :)

I just got back from a pheasant trip in South Dakota, and my best friend shot 2 pheasants with a long bow. He shot an elk every year for 10 years with a compound bow, went to Africa and did well there, and decided to go the Hiawatha route. I'll never get over seeing an arrow with big fletching flying up behind a rooster!

P.S When he missed, I got to shoot :)
