4.0 D1 engine, tranny, parts - best offer (San Diego)

Hey guys - Cleaning out my garage (ugghhh) and have some things I do not need anymore:

D1 4.0 engine w/ about 110K on it - dismantled, heads still on block - it ran fine when removed (I put a 4.6 in mine, that's why)
D1 Transmission w/ about 90K on it - rebuildable (internal clutches burnt)
various parts - headers, intake, 4.0 plenum, throttle body, etc, etc,

I don't have a fixed price on this stuff, just make some offers

Just thought I'd give a last heads up on here. The 4.0 ran just fine when removed from my D1. I'm going to post the stuff on craigslist this weekend.
