Title sums it up lol....

Rebuild driveshaft and centering ball had driveshaft balanced and while it was off and CD locked there was no vibration. I installed it after this and it was vibrating again, it seems to have gotten worse.

30-35 under acceleration it vibrayes then smoothes out till around 68+, if I let off the accelerator it vibrates and has a low rumbling feel/noiseonly around the 68-70 MPH mark when I let off the pedal then it goes away at below 68 MPH. Doesn't vibrate when letting off the pedal from lower speeds just the 68-70 MPH.

It seems to be coming from the front I have tightened the output nut on the transfer case and all bolts are tight on the shaft..

NOTE: it seems to be a bit more since installing the truetrac up front. I know ots not the problem I think it's magnifying it...

I had a similar problem a while ago. On mine, the bushings on one of the steel rods in the front had given out. Can't remember what it was called, it was about 3' long. Bushing were really cheap and I had a shop use a press to put them in. Hope this helps.

Not really lol......

Its not ball joint slop on tie rods or axles etc its drive shaft related I'm thinking possibly rear flex joint for a symptom and the transfer case output possibly for the other. Or even balanced my driveshaft just doesn't li,e the compatability with the truck.
