I may have found a good deal on a 3.9 to swap for my dead 3.5 and was wondering if all the components on my 3.5 will fit on a 3.9 or should I just get another 3.5?

It depends. If your 3.9 uses multiple V-belts, you'll be fine. If it however is set up for serpentine belt use, it will be more difficult.
