2" lift kit question

I bought a used set of bilstein shocks and springs from a 1996 disco. They were already pulled off when I bought them. One of the springs is slightly taller than the other three, maybe 1/2 inch to an inch. Is this just from age and use, or does this spring need to go on a specific corner?

Pretty sure your tall spring goes on the left front.

The previous owner mentioned that's where he thought it came from, but he didn't pay attention whe he pulled them.
