Owned since 2003. Starts and runs great, no dash warning lights, no notable leaks. Current state of Virginia safety and emissions inspections.

Paint and body is ok. Typical wear but no heavy fading. Some small dings, one little dent below cargo window on driver side
Leather in good condition, some wear and a split in piping on side of drivers seat
Rear Air Suspension System - Self Leveling and adjustable lift all functional, no leaks
Cold Climate Pack (driver side seat not heating)
Sunroof (functional no leaks) does not have the secondary sunroof in rear
Headliner replaced
Hill Decent Control (HDC)
Active Cornering Enhancement (ACE) (disconnected and bypassed)
Sound system: Original cassette head unit and optional CD changer for anyone nostalgic enough to use either, some speakers replaced
Steering wheel controls and cruise control all functional

A couple things that need some love.
Steering is generally fine, but it has become for lack of better description, sticky when turning. Something in the linkage is firm and preventing it from quickly tracking back to center. I brought it by a local Land Rover shop this past week and was advised that it needs the steering shaft replaced. Taking that information into consideration, the asking price has already been reduced.

Frame has some rust. As best I can tell it appears generally surface and treatable, see pic. If interested in seeing a particular area, I can crawl underneath and take more pics best I can. Or any other areas on the vehicle.
