1999 D1 ignition lock rebuild

Has anyone had their ignition rebuilt? I am looking for a place in New York City, preferably Brooklyn.

I had an issue with my ignition key not turning. I have removed the assembly and want to get it rebuilt to use the same key.

PM sent. I bought a used one from Will Tillery, but now have two keys which I understand is not exactly what you want.

Try a locksmith in your area. When the key from my 95 DI broke inside the ignition I removed the whole thing and brought it into a locksmith on Maiden Lane and Nassau St. They were able to remove the broken piece. I'm sure they can rebuild the ignition.

I'll hit a local locksmith. I have way too many keys right now (I have some rental property). I really do not want a second key.

If I need a lock assembly, I will keep you in mind.
