The '85 110 we have is leaking brake fluid out of the brake pressure warning sender at the bottom of the brake pressure relief valve which is bolted to the firewall under the clutch MC. I replaced the pressure warning sender as I thought it was the problem but now the new one seems to be leaking enough to make the pedal go to the floor. I thought this sender was bolted to a brake manifold but I guess it's actually got some kind of a bias valve in it. Could it be getting stuck and allowing pressure to force fluid out of the pressure warning sender "thingy"? All of the brake lines are dry. Does the truck need this manifold/pressure valve? Could I run a bias valve instead?
Thanks!
