Front Axle Adjustment Leaking Seal

I have replaced my front axle seal on my 2004 Discovery 2 two times and it still leaks. I tried OEM LR and NAK seals and both of them leak. I noticed when I put the second seal in that the axle alignment was not centred, the seal I took out was in good condition. I am wandering if it is just an axle adjustment issue. Is there a specific procedure on centering the axle within the seal so it does not leak. The owner prior to me had replaced the lower ball joint and I am wandering if it was not adjusted properly. Any advice would be appreciated.

Are you installing the seal correctly?
Saw a video of where the seal was installed backwards. Must install metal face of seal facing inward, rubber side outward to axle flange.

There’s a tool and a process that aligns the knuckle on the lower ball joint. I’m guessing the adjustment isn’t correct.
It invokes torquing the lower ball joint until that bore the bearing rides in is aligned.

It sounds like the steering knuckles have been previously replaced and not properly set up which will result in a misaligned shaft.
There is a tool that is used to ensure correct vertical spacing of the diff tube to the swivel hub so the drive shaft is true.
There are a number of videos how-to on YT, have a look here...
