Doing a rotoflex conversion - in need of a 4 bolt flange that will fit a '95 RRC LWB.

Whenever I put my Rover in 4wd low the idle RPMs drop pretty dramatically, to the point of almost stalling in some situations - however in high range the RPMs stay at normal. Any ideas why this is happening? Sorry I left this out before: its a 95 Classic LWB
