I've ran 87 Octane in my 95 RRC (4.2) the entire time I've had it, which has been about 6 years and have not noticed any issues. I even ran the premium stuff for a while to see if it made a difference and it didn't that I could see. Truck is still running strong.

My '95 RRC 4.2 (150K miles) has a cracked exhaust manifold and is making this god aweful squeeling noise. I tried searching for this and I have looked at the Orginal Factory stuff on Atlantic British.
Can any recommend any aftermarket exhaust manifolds/headers? I was told to look for...
I had the same problem after installing my Alpine. I redid the ground and moved the speaker/rca wires further away from the head unit and amp power wires.
One of those two things fixed the problem ... I personally think it was a ground problem.
