I did the math and for me to have my heads skimmed and gas-flowed here in South Africa, it would be cheaper to fly a complete assembled set in from Turner Engineering in the UK.

If they start goinig in at an angle , they are difficult to realign without damaging them.

PS would help if you can get hold of a precision engineering vice as it will ensure that you press the cups in square.
I run with OME HD springs and find the ride great. As long as the rooftop tent stays on the truck, you'll have a good ride.
HD springs and no load tends to be a bit harsh
Check the tcase and outer pinion bearings. Might be easier if you just dropped both front and rear prop shafts and check for play on the flanges.
Check both Panard rod bushes.
Check all ball joints on steering

It's bloody audio cable. Not shielded to handle upto 400 AMPS
I had a look at my wiring this morning and yes you are correct that my warn has a 2 guage power cable, but it's top quality shit ;) Standard cabling from Warn themselves

Yea, should be ok assuming that it is the drum brake. You might need some new shoes though ;)
You might find that one of the return springs has jumped the locating slot or has broken. Tough little springs.
WHile it's open, check the torque on the rear output nut.
