Had to original trans replaced on my 96 d1 with 220,000 miles with one from a 97 with 120,000. New trans is shifting a little late (at a higher speed than you would expect) and it is a hard shift. What could cause this? Can it be adjusted to shift sooner?

Fuses look good. But no power at fuse. Replaced relay. If I add power and ground to the radio fuse (with an external 12v battery) the radio and the lighter start working again. Any ideas?

I just ran AUTOTAP on the disco's: 96 SD & 97 XD. It is giving me a very low reading on the MAFS. less than .02 lbs/min. I also scanned my 2001 Ford E250 and it was @ .9 lbs/min. What type of reading should i be getting with a good MAFS? Thanks in advance.
