I am receiving an annoying beep and OPEN BONNET is displayed on the message center thing, but the bonnet is indeed NOT open. Any special trick to be done here that will stop the message from displaying and beeping. Its a 1995 range P38.

Okay, so I recently had my water pump and radiator replaced b/c my 95 p38 overheated on me. Everything has been fine with the temp. guage until I turn on the front winsheild defrost and then the the temp. needle starts to creep up towards the red line.....any ideas here or experience? I have a genuine dog guard for a range rover p38 that I am trying to unload. Its been sitting in my garage for some time and since I bought it I have lost the hardware. But you can get a hardware pack for 80 bucks from roverconnection.com. So how about $80 + ship for the guard.
