Is it possible to change out 4.0 main bearings with the block in the vehicle...bottom shells come off with the caps, i was thinking the upper shells would just rotate out around the journal and come off...anyone ever tried. thanks

Found the Shell Retinax Lx grease and applied as directed. thanks for looking

So the wsm says I gotta use a Shell Retinax LX to pack the lip of the front crank seal. That can't be the only thing that works right, any thoughts on what to use that I can buy off the shelf at my local auto parts store. thanks jeff
