Check the vacuum hoses on the canister and on the air injection valves on either side. You might want to make sure the pump runs when you first start the truck when cold. Jason

I'm doing my crankcase breather hoses along with the de-icer on the throttle body in the next few days. Does the little oil thing pop right out with the right hand vent hose? It looks like a honey dipper. Also wondering about the Factory hose clamps, will needle nose undo those things...

Take a close look at the vacuum hoses, also the vacuum canister next to the pump Jason

The vacuum harness attaches to that nipple and then to the secondary air injection emissions related items. Jason

I even met with the tech to discuss his plan of attack the last time with the disco on the lift. At this point, I'll bring up the new case and see what they say. The dealer has been very responsive so far.No problems with abnormal noise etc but it sure leaks alot.... Jason
