Pack the entire inner bearing into the hub and slide it on to the stub. DON'T bang it into the stub, just push. They are a snug fit, but once the the race and bearing is centered, something not easily accomplished with uneven finger pressure, they'll slide right on. No need to sand...:ack:

I agree as well, but you are still left with a shitty 2 pinion carrier, along with a host of other things that will need to be addressed eventually. Just seems to me like a lot of expense for a slight improvement in acceleration when it can be better applied elsewhere...

They have a bit of surface rust and could use new hardware thanks to living in the northeast, but a little sanding and Rustoleum will fix that...or not, it's just a shock mount. Fits D1, D90, and RRC for running long travel shocks. $75/pr...shipped
