I also unplugged my MAF and started the truck. It took a couple tries to get it to stay running but once the idle got up it was fine. It was still running rough and rich etc... so I'm not sure if that's an indication of anything.

I just checked my antifreeze and my oil. The coolant smells like...errr...coolant I guess. The oil however smells like gas, so there is definitely too much getting into atleast one cylinder.

The wires are just over 2 years old...however if I put 3000 km a year on the truck I'm doing good. Plug wires up here are special order and I can't even order them until Tuesday so I'll see what else I can learn before then.

Head gasket would be my guess...but you won't truly know if that's the only issue until you start pulling it apart.
