I have a constant loud beep that only goes away if I pull fuse 13. Anyone know what could cause this? This BEEP is much louder then the faint transfer case beep when inbetween gears.

Been over a year since I tried to go into Low Range, and now I cannot get the shifter to go into Low. No problem at before when I was driving the truck on a regular basis, but it's been sitting and was driven by my daughter for a while and Low Range was never exercised.
