If you say the cv's look good and your axle shafts look good, then it's going to be the front diff.
if the vc fails open there will only be power to the front. If it fails closed (more common) there will be full power to the front & rear

I own 2 93 LWB trucks, both have 10 spine axles. My brother has a 94 LWB, it ALSO has 10 spline! Go figure
how many of you have swapped their borg/w with a LT-230? how much work is it? pros-cons? was there a change in the case in 96?? Any help would be great!

I'm very conserned why my front shaft spins when the wheels are stationary. And why I don't have any power to the rear. in theary i should be able to remove the front shaft and still drive the truck.
The ABS ring spins with the wheel, so as long as the wheel turns no codes will be thrown from a failed driveline part.
the abs tone ring is on the cv. when the cv goes it will throw itself allover the swivell hsg.
with my 90's cv failure, the sensor got nailed so hard it gouged the sensor.
sorry, it is a 93 lwb. I have had a cv fail on my 90 RRC, but with the ABS tone ring located on the outside of the c/v I would think it would throw a sensor gap code if it were to go.
