Saturday 10 am. WaWa at 539 and 70. Be there or be clean...

The NJ Pine Barrens has some of the cleanest water in the world. It is clean and clear, and many places we cross are creeks. What destroys the vehicles is the sand that gets into all the gears and such...requires a lot of maintenance and gear oil... The water can be dangerous when it's two...

We hadn't gone that far in a while. Been too happy in the mud.

OK. Meet at the WaWa on the corner of Route 70 and Route 539 in Whiting. Saturday 10 am. We'll gas up, grab lunch for in the woods and go. CB Channel 4. I'll forward my cell # to anyone that needs it.

We come out of Lakewood, so we hop into the woods around Whiting (Lebanon State Forest), head south, over Route 72, back into the woods, through Chatsworth, Apple Pie Hill Area, Jemima Hill, Quarter Mile, Swamp Loop...depends on who we're with and how serious they want to get.

So...are we running the 21st, the 22nd...or both? What's the plan? The 21st into the 22nd??? We're game!

We're out in the pines almost every weekend. We'll check the schedule and see if we can make it.
