I was on the Boston subway a month ago and there was a guy nonchalantly huffing keyboard cleaner during rush hour. He then proceeded to repeatedly tell a man his head was so big it was going to explode. It was ridiculous.
It's really easy to replace the ignition. It'll literally take you 15 minutes. Unscrew the steering wheel surround. Unbolt the ignition. Unplug the harnesses. I think you have to unscrew the light for it. And then put in the new one.
Do it before you get the ignition locked on for good.
It also had an upgraded suspension... supposedly though it still drove like a tank. Also a different radio. It also had more wood trim and piping on the map pockets.
Don't forget the chrome door sills that said "LAND ROVER"
My parents/sister have an '02 Passat 1.8t that they've owned for 8 years. It too had oil sludge issues at 185,000 miles and the engine blew. This was a day after the dealer "desludged" the engine for $1500. Needless to say, VW had to buy them a new engine (~$10,000 w/labor) for a pretty much...

My Grand Cherokee has got the 4.7 HO V8 (265hp, 330ftlbs torque) and Quadra Drive (front and rear limited slip). Not exactly a fair comparison to a cherokee or wrangler, but lets be honest they're in different leagues.
The GC is a heck of a lot more powerful/faster. The torque difference is...
Gorgeous. H&H is my favorite P38 edition. Never was really a fan of those painted wheels but the interior is beautiful.
Please sell it to a good home haha.
This is kinda random but my dad's company has designed a plan for a solar boiler power plant and I guess they're going ahead with it. It seems pretty interesting.
Basically its an inside out boiler 200 ft in the air with a bunch of mirrors focused on it with lasers. Water heats up and turns a...
