This might be sensor failure - related. May not yet show the sensor itself is failed, until it fully fails (i.e. bump-stop fault). I just went through the same thing.

You can turn on the digital speed with a GAP diagnostic tool or the dealer can also do it.

I have a set of short roof rails, CAB500120PVJ is the part number. New, just taken out of the box to install. Was going to mount them then decided i wanted the longer roof rails instead. My change of heart, is your gain. All hardware included (screws, spacers, torx wrench and blanking plugs)...

Ordered a used 18" BMW rim to test fit. Their 18" is far cheaper used/refinished than the LR version.

For what reason, caliper size? Perhaps the BMW 18" rim will fit the v8...

It is fiddly. If you have meaty hands you are screwed. Best to lay under the truck head towards front and work in next to the exhaust.

Money is on Crank pos sensor as well. HAd this happen (exact symptoms) to me this spring. Shut down repeatedly on the highway. Replaced CKPS. All has been good.

Call up Crazy George and see what kind of treatment you get. Fact is, you have to be surely or nuts or both to be in the rover parts business. Deal with it. He doesn't have a complaint hotline and you can't write him a dissatisfaction letter. He refunds you and you still complain publicly...

1 baby is nothing...:) I'm interested and may drive or fly in and grab a truck locally in CO. April is best for me. I'll watch the thread for updates.

Do you have an iPad or similar? Buy two 10" LCD screens, mount them and use an HDMI out on the iPad to sync/push video to the screens. You or they can control the content. Or I've heard of someone using syncpad for multiple iPads but that has other complications.
