Thought id share my recent experience building sway bar discos. The links are from a 4inch Superlift Kit for a Jeep TJ. Cost me 20 bucks off of the guy who had recently put JKS disconnects. Went buy tractor supply bought a bolt and pins, the kind you would use on a trailer hitch, and got to work. 2 hours work involved, max.

Cost of this disconnects:
Swaybar links: $20.00
Bolt and Pins from Tractor Supply: $4.14
Total cost: You can do the math ;)

Here is a breif walkthrough of my setup, minor steps such as bushing trimming and greasing arnt included. Pretty self explanitory though.

-Started by removing the stock links but not the sway bar (dur :p )

-Dilled the hole on the axle mount to 1/2 inch (the size of the bolts from tractor supply).

The research done by Bill Mallin in the tech section on the amount of travel gained is much better resource to the benefits gained from this mod due to the fact that i dont have acess to a forklift.

Hope this is informative to everyone
