Fuel Delivery Problem

Man am I furious.
I just finished removing the floor, old fuel pump and installing the new motor (89 Chev Cavalier).
Everything went flawlessly and I ran into no problems, UNTIL I truned the key!!!!!!
Once again no fuel. THe pump doesn't come on. After triple checking the connections, I started fiddling with the relays under the pass seat(as per a thread on here). After fiddling around ( i had the fuel delivery line disconnected and my brother looking) it came to life for about 10 seconds. After that nothing.

1)Now, which one is the relay for the fuel pump? Is it the one with the blue connector(left most?)

2) Is there a fuse for this pump

3) What else is there for me to check?????

I am at the point where I will just run the wires to one of the lighter connections and call it a day..

All your help is appreciated.

Anyone??? :(

I think this is from the 95, but the relay color should be the same. Try the blue one...

There's gotta be a fuse of some sort in line with the relay, but I don't know where.
