I've got an 04 DII with 27000 miles on it. 20000 of those miles are after a RTE 3" lift and with 33" bfg mudders (no castor corrected radius arms). I don't have any driveline vibes that I can differentiate from the vibes caused by the mudders. I've been seeing posts about problems with the rotoflex, but even with lots of wheeling I have not seen any problems. I was wondering what the expected life with this kind of lift is on the rotoflex and if with my current unmodified driveline i was doing any damage to my T-case?
What parts should I be looking into if I decide to make a change now? I'm looking to ensure reliable operation for as long as possible so if it means spending some money now I'm willing to do so. Thanks for the help, S-P |

Check the rubber fitting for signs of wear and tear. your not going to "damage" anything by staying with rotoflex, but best thing to do is replace it a drive shaft with u-joints...
