I want to disable my ABS while offroading. Is pulling a fuse the best way? Anyone else do this? Thanks!

try here (http://http://www.discoweb.org/forums/search.php).
I prefer not to pull the fuse, but to use a switch and relay to turn off ABS until the vehicle is turned off, then reactivates it.

I read through a ton of those before, read all the pros/cons to disabling the ABS.. I couldn't find "what fuse to pull".????
Disconnect one of your front sensors. That will do it. If you pull you main ABS fuse, I bet the pump wont run.

I pull the fuse while the truck is off, then put it back in when the truck is off, haven't had any problems yet.
i remember the first time i went wheeling in Moab on a sandy rock went to go down it easily and holy shit ABS kicked in and I was going for a ride. I knew at that point ABS research was gonna be something in my future.
